1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Elite Landscape website (elite-landscape.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.

2. Services

Elite Landscape provides landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, seasonal cleanup, snow removal, and related outdoor services in Connecticut. All service agreements, pricing, timelines, and scope of work are confirmed in writing prior to project commencement. We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion.

3. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes submitted through this website are non-binding estimates. Final pricing is determined after an in-person consultation and site evaluation. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor, and project complexity. A signed contract is required before any work begins.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each individual service contract. A deposit may be required before work begins. Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your contract.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee. Elite Landscape reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible of any necessary rescheduling.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elite Landscape is fully licensed and insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing property damage, damage caused by extreme weather events, or damage resulting from client-provided inaccurate information (e.g., undisclosed underground utilities). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and project photographs — is the property of Elite Landscape and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hartford County, Connecticut.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
